The Rushville Consolidated High School (RCHS) Emergency Training Academy is committed to delivering top-tier Adult EMT and Phlebotomy education. Our programs are led by industry veteran Bill J. Hufford, who possesses over 45 years of hands-on experience in Emergency Medical Services.
In addition to directing the academy, Bill continues to serve the local community active part-time as a 911 Paramedic with the Rushville City Fire Department. His daily involvement in active emergency calls ensures that our curriculum reflects real-world prehospital care rather than outdated theoretical concepts.
